Please read this info in full to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

4. Print your label at home or your local post shop can print this for you and send back to us.

** Please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. If your form is NOT in your package your return processing time will be delayed. If you have miss placed the return form a note including your full name and order number will also be fine.

To EXPEDITE your Exchange or Store Credit, email us at returns@cadenshae.co.nzwith your order number and the return tracking information, once this has been sent through we can get that processed for you within 2 working days for you.

If you are after a REFUND we will get this processed as soon as it arrives back with us.

Please Note: All Australian returns are sent directly to a NSW address. It will show as delivered but we have NOT yet received this. From this point it is then sent back in bulk to our warehouse in New Zealand which can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive. You will receive notification once the parcel has been received and will take up to 10 business days to be processed.
